The AFRO-BEAT Festival is the flagship event of a broader initiative connecting African university scholarship and research with music, dance, film, visual arts, literature, fashion, foodways, entrepreneurship, heritage, and contemporary cultural expression.

Vendor and student participant registration
The Afro-Beat is preparing a welcoming Cultural Marketplace where students, artists, service providers, creators, and registered businesses can present African products, creative work, and professional services. Approximately 12 to 15 spaces will be available. All participants must preregister and receive approval before a space is secured.

Bring your own table.
The Afro-Beat Initiative does not provide tables. Every participant must bring their own table, display materials, chairs if needed, and all equipment required for the booth. Larger spaces must be requested and approved in advance.

* For selected service categories, only one business or provider may be accepted. Early registration is encouraged.
Cultural, venue, and Halacha guidelines
- No incense may be sold, displayed for burning, or burned.
- Face painting and visual designs must be appropriate for the venue and respectful of applicable Halacha requirements.
- All proposed products, artwork, displays, and services are subject to advance review and approval.
- Alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, personal-care services, and other regulated products or services may require additional documentation or permission.
- Prepared food sales are not permitted.
Business and student participation
Nonstudent vendors must be legally registered to conduct business in Israel and comply with applicable licensing, tax, sales, payment, and receipt requirements.
Students who are not operating registered businesses may participate through a clearly stated suggested-donation model rather than ordinary commercial sales.

Submitting the form does not guarantee a space. Approved applicants will be contacted to confirm their table size, arrange the in-person contribution or vendor fee, and receive written confirmation.
